As a customer within EU you have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any Lil’ Boo labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. As a customer outside EU you have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will qualify for a partial refund. Further, any item that is returned after the above-mentioned times after delivery will not be refunded.
If the customer wants to exchange an item, we are able to do so as long as the above conditions are fulfilled. In this instance, we will not pay for return shipping or shipping relating to the exchanged item.
Refunds and exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are eligible for an exchange, then you will be charged for the shipping cost incurred – we will send you a link to process payment prior to sending the exchanged item. If the item you are exchanging costs more than your original purchase, you will be charged the balance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will tell you where to send the item back to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
